All of Jianjie products enjoy a minum 12-month warranty since the date of purchasing.
This means, Jianjie will offer you free replace & repair service in a period of 360 days upon
confirm a problem is caused by manufacturing( here the manufacturing defects refer to poor materials;
incorrect workmanship. Excluding human error caused by defects at customers end or transportation caused
defects in shippment).
Additionally, all of Jianjie products are designed to have a 10-year lifespan.
We will offer spare parts for customers in a duration of 10-year with reasonable pay.
